What states and countries do you ship to?
We will ship to mainland United States, Hawaii, Alaska and most countries. Contact us for shipping and insurance rates.

Yes. We take all of our own pictures of the actual product being offered in our ads.

Yes. We do combine shipments when possible.

How do you ship?
We ship within country via Priority Mail mostly. 1st Class Mail-International and Priority Mail-International is used for out of country shipments. We will ship books and catalogs via Media Mail but it's a long wait and we would rather not.

Do you have a return policy?
A seven day return policy is offered on all products,unless noted. The product must be returned in it's undamaged condition. Return postage is non-refundable. Upon return you will be refunded the original amount.

How do I make a purchase?
To purchase an item, find the item you wish to purchase either by navigating the categories or by using the search form. Once you have located the item you wish to purchase, click the "photo or title" to view more details. Click the "Buy Now" button to begin the purchase process. Once you have added all the items you wish to purchase to your shopping cart, you can proceed to the checkout process. Google users click the "Google Checkout" button to log-in, verify and complete your order. New Google users will be required to create an account which requires a valid credit card. If you will be mailing your payment or using Paypal click the "Checkout" button. Fill in your address information and click “Proceed to Checkout”. Select your payment method from the drop down box. You will also have the option to add any other information you feel is necessary. Click on the "Continue" button to proceed. On the Payment screen, select the payment type you would like to use, then click the "Continue" button to proceed. Review your order summary and click the "Place Order" button to complete the order process. If you selected PayPal as the payment type, you will be redirected to PayPal to complete the checkout process. Once the order is successfully placed, you will be presented with a confirmation screen. You are then done and your order has been received. Multiple Items: Buyers with more than 1 item email us for the discounted shipping rate prior to completing your order. You will receive a confirmation email and/or shipping information from us. You will be advised by us when shipped.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept GoogleCheckout, Paypal, Money Orders and Cashiers Checks made payable to Robyns Nest Antiques. No personnel checks or money orders drawn on out of country banks. On out of country orders GoogleCheckout(where available), Paypal and Money Orders drawn on U.S. banks are accepted.

Is cleaning,lubricating and running needed for these products?
Yes. Most of these items have been in storage in one way or another for 25 plus years. We do not lubricate,due to past issues and we only do minor cleaning. If you want top performance from your Trolley,Locomotive,Car or Accessory these things need to be done before running them.
